This is actually looking like a mismanagement of funds from the team, they went ahead to sell a large amount of Their UST without having any backing for the pegged value of their UST. This made them mint more Luna and Luna price kept going down. People lost money, not just from Luna but also all coin in the network lost almost 95% of their value.

Yes, I had a lot of Luna based coin such as the Loop, loopr, TNS, halo, STT, and many more and they were all dragged to the mud. My UST WHICH WAS MEANT TO BE VALUED AT 100$ WAS NOW VALUED AT 11$

This is a case of 50/50 as the GAM holding has made an offer to support Luna with the sum of $2B to $3B and also the total supply of Luna will be burned down to 1B.

In my opinion: LUNA was deliberatery sacrificed to cover UST 's losses. It's ver sad because many people lost their money. Including me lost a lot of money in Stake LUNA .

Very influential because I lost a lot of money. I stake 188k LUNA in 30 Days lock. Value $188k now it's worthless. Work just $9 and non- tradeable. LUNA Delisting in many market.

In my opinion about the future of Crypto. If the Central Bank raises interest rates, many people will choose to invest in deposito or buy and selling securities so that it has an impact on Crypto price. What is your opinion about the Luna crash?

Terra crashed because of their UST peg algorithm fault as it's imperfect . UST is stablecoin of Terra ecosystem which is pegged by a math algorythm in order to balance it's supply and demand and keep the rate as 1 UST = 1$. LUNA is used as collateral for UST’s peg in this algorithm. So, LUNA is burning to mint more UST when UST value increases and users sell LUNA for UST, or it's going vice versa if UST value decreases. Because of a market situation within last some months, the LUNA circulation supply was permanently growing to maintain this balance, but more of Luna supply means reducing it's price. Then a sudden large dump by a whale provoked a panic sale, the algorithm was unable to maintain the balance at time, and the panic was growing like a chain reaction up to the price crash to zero.

Yes, i was holding some LUNA, UST and some Terra tokens. My Terra portfolio went about 98% down. It's sad, but fortunately the total amount was not so significant. I can afford to lose it.

As a LUNA holder, i still have a hope for it's recover , of course. But also other fact add me a hope.Terra is a large ecosystem, it includes many useful projects with a real usecase, many people have invested a lot of money & efforts, and don't want just lose&forget at once. And now all of them have a challenge what to do the next, how to save Terra and their own investments, projects, etc. A such large&talented community is able to find a right solution, i believe.

Let's be realistic. I hope for LUNA recover, but it will take much longer while after a such big crash. So, i think that LUNA will not go higher than $1 -$2 until Q3

Luna was impacted because it's the underlying [backer] of the UST. So every time a UST [token] is bought, a Luna [token] is burnt, which means there's less tokens in supply, so the Luna price goes up.

The crash of Luna shows the volatility of the crypto market and especially the value of stablecoins (UST) based on algorithms. When UST lost its dollar peg and its value dropped to $0.68, its holders started exchanging it for other stablecoin thus causing the value of Terra Luna to fall.

No it hasn't affected me in anyway due to the fact that I was not a holder of Luna coins nor had any investment in the Terra ecosystem. In fact I didn't really know alot about Terra at all until the crash.

As with the crypto ecosystem, when a crash happens, investors will come in to buy while the value is low. So eventually, I do see the Luna recovering, but whether it will recover its all-time high remains to be seen.
