Optimism catches my attention because first it is much cheaper among other "ethereum killer" blockchain and it becoming more popular thanks to its airdrop for their early user. The way it handle the transaction is much more efficient that even Vitalik , the ethereum founder greatly praised Optimism's governance structure.

Which L2 projects would you recommend to watch and why? (except given)

I think i may recommend Optimism. This L2 project does have a big potential. The structure of the governance is commendable. It may help us for more cheaper transactions.

Arbitrum, Because it's easier for me to bridge to it then other L2 projects, as well as i like that fees are low now i haven't tried the others but i am sticking with Arbitrum as i have not faced a single issue yet

EVMOS, evmos has one of the lowest fees i have seen and it also has a lot of potential to grow as a L2 and is fairly easy to bridge to using multiple bridges

Arbitrum... cheaper and has more Dapps application...it is incorporated in many top centralised exchange..easy to use platform ..it's the best layer 2

Zksync....it's has the potential to be a top layer2 protocol.. amazing team with impeccable character.. Zksync is a project to watch out for because of its potential

I would choose Arbitrum since I've heard and tried it before. It is safe and fraud proof. Easy to use with its high popularity in the blockchain system.

As I have read and checked other projects I would say Optimis and dYdX seems to have potentials. They are still in development and they may worth to check them out.
