Decentraland is a decentralized virtual reality platform powered by the Ethereum blockchain. Within the Decentraland platform, users can create, experience, and monetize their content and applications. Enter and explore decentraland A LAND which is a NFT is divided into parcels that are identified by cartesian coordinates (x,y) and these parcels are permanently owned by the purchasers just like real life properties and MANA which is the govenance token is used to buy the LANd. Because the Land is owned by the purchasers, they can decide whatever they want to do on it. Build on it, create games on it etc. Imagine a real world property, decided into communites, estates, shops , houses... then imagine Decentraland. The content that makes up Decentraland is stored and distributed via a decentralized network while ownership and transactions are validated on the Ethereum blockchain. Now you can be a professional builder and build whatever you want in your estate. Finally, there is a market place where Lands, assesories and any other NFTs can be sold. My only concern is the etherum High gas fees. Many up coming young investors may not have so much money to want to pay for gas fees over $100, but I noticed they are introducing polygon with cheaper fees Sandbox on the otherhand is a community-driven platform where creators can monetize voxel ASSETS and gaming experiences on the blockchain. In simple terms. It means you can create any game you can imagine, then bring the game to life and play it. Sincerely, this is very innovative as people who are very imaginative can play with the app as much as they want. Now , you don't have to wait for a game to be created, you can create one. And of course imaginative power is limitless. This will be very creative for children. I foresee people becoming professional Sandbox gaming creators in future where they can be contacted to create a game, then sell the game or one can specify a game for to be created, then call a professional Sandbox creator to create the game. Sandbox is also a play to earn game and that is exciting

What are your price predictions for The Sandbox and Decentraland in 2022?

The price will depend on the what is added or removed from the ecosystem. , The closest I can think of is AXS. If sandbox gets to the market cap of AXS , then it will be about $15- $20 And if Mana decides to move to the Market cap of sand, it could be $12 . But I see Decentraland becoming $50 in future
