I actually chose Pipeflare NFTs just because, they give too much faucets to many interested people in the gaming sector as well as NFT sector. They would do the biggest move ever.

Some of the NFT projects to follow in March 2022 are: Property's - one of the most innovative real estate collecting game in the NFT & metaverse space. MekaVerse - a collection of 8,888 generative Mekas with hundreds of elements inspired by the Japan Mecha universes. These are my choices and I think they will have success.

I think the projects mentioned add value to the NFTS world. They are excellent projects to invest in and have plenty of potential to become pioneers at this time.

Property's is already released and aims to give a player, a creative control over Property's world. Mekaverse is also released and is an artwork for the meka metaverse. Players will be able to use them to play the metaverse.

However you can get quick and easy gains from up an coming games like Sidus Big Time, NetVrk, and WilderWorld. The highly profitable area in the same groups would be land. There is finite land in each Metaverse so it is hard and expensive to come by and will only increase in value if the games are successful.

As far as the NFT books are concerned I really like the concept and I think there is much more value in a literary work than in a JPG. Land in a popular Metaverse is simply a great investment. Not only will the price of your land increase in most Metaverses you can rent the land, and stake as well to earn massive passive income.

I think in general market is booming, and these projects are a base value to community of NFTs therefore I think this is my reason APES will be top NFT project.
