For 2022 it is really difficult to say. The hype that the metaverse topic got after Facebook Meta announcement took both MANA and SAND prices a little bit higher that what these platforms actually are right now. On the long term, if the projects succeed, both tokens can get minimum of 10x value. But for 2022, we can see some corrections and the prices can fall back to the US$1-3 range.

I will not go deep into differences between those projects I will rather prefer to project their approach in this meta-trend. Sandbox covers more the playful and gaming side of this field.(event though decentraland has great gaming partnerships like Atari) decentraland on the other hand focuses more on the property and business in a metaworld arena. there's room for both to scale and succeed and leave behind great legacy for the bear market to touch them softly and looking forwards towards next cycle that all those thing will already have the ground. stable ground. goodluck to everyone in this new world boarder.

both of them 3 digits for the next cycle. meta will rule this world. especially the poor side of this planet even though firstly it will be a thing for the rich. but that will reverse after couple of cycles in this market.

Sandbox and Decentraland are both good projects to invest in and as an individual I can both invest in them $10,000 each for a long term investment. However, the project with most to outshine the other is Sandbox which is not affected by a central government influence especially with crackdown news and government instabilities unlike Decentraland, sandbox will outshine Decentraland once it moves in with Meta partnership.

Predictions for Decentraland and Sandbox is that they will both lead the metaverse world in the Tokenization of physical assets more than in 2021. The two projects will have more token holders in circulation and also the market capitalization will increases more than a billion each. Therefore more companies and institutions and venture into these two projects in Tokenization of properties. In summing-up, price predictions before the end of 2022 for both tokens will be; - Decentralized: $4 2021 to $100+ 2022. - Sandbox; $6 2021 to $500+ 2022.
