What is your opinion about IDOs?

I believe IDOs are the best way to maximize your crypto gains. However, there are tons of upcoming projects in the market, making it difficult for an investor to identify which one to invest in. Most of the IDOs do not have a clear agenda or road map for what problem they are trying to solve. Instead, they are joining a rat race with other IDOs to raise a maximum amount of money.

What is your opinion about IDOs?

It's not the ideal solution for raising funds but offers huge advantages compared with the other two options: ICO and IEO. It's totally decentralized, there's not premine, token issuance is simultaneous and distribution is more equitable and there're more investor protections. However, it has some disadvantages like potential amount of raised funds is limited, is subject to price manipulations via bots or hackers can exploit bugs on their smart contracts. In any case, those advantages outweigh by large their disadvantages.

IDOs are one the best way to quickly profit, however the quote "You need money to make money" unfortunately applies since the initial buy-in for the first tier usually ranges from $5,000 to $15,000. IDOs are the best investments to get into if you can. Many new launches are across multiple launchpads so if you can get into a launchpad for cheap I recommend it.

Just consider one simple thing. Usually a public IDO is already a 3rd - 4th wave of a coin(or token) distribution, after a sale to team, private sales, genesis airdrops, rewards to developers, advertisers, etc. This means the IDO price is not a minimal already, and there are already many participants those have received these tokens at much lower price(down to zero) than you might get at IDO. All of them will remain in profit even if a token price will drop below IDO's price and you lose. So, each IDO should be analysed individually, there is no a common rule.
