I think the main aspect is usability and beneficial value of NFT. I mean, dividends to owners and other finance mechanisms would drive the NFT 2.0 space.

It will bring more NFT holders and these holders would gain airdrops, free crypto, free NFT drops. This would encourage to invest in really promising finance projects instead of collecting random NFTS.

I like the GameFi based NFTs, they allow me to hold NFT, sell them but also play games with them and earn more daily dividends if I have higher rarity NFTs .

nothing seems interesting to me as of now. they have to really become creative and start from scratch. this is stone age of tokenization that we live in still. they have to change and then have to impress me. then the interesting part comes along.
