I favor Decentraland and personally follow this project. Decentraland is a platform on Ethereum blockchain which enables creating, experiencing and monetizing content and and applications. It also has decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) structure for governance decisions which means proposing and voting on policies developed by its token holders. I believe it wil attract attention as an NFT project starting from March 2022.

Why did you choose this project? Justify your answer.

I chose it because it is built for content creators, businesses and individuals. It gives an opportuntiy for content creators for their new artistic medium. It has a lot of business opportunities for those who want to invest on metaverse. And it will become a source of entertainment for individuals to play interactive games.

Decentraland was launched in 2017 as beta, closed in 2019 and then opened to the public in February 2020.

Decentraland ,sandbox , Axie Infinity, Crypto Punks and CryptoKitties games are popular games among users of the cryptocurrency and blokchain world, and with the increasing popularity of virtual reality and metavers, it is expected that next months each of these games will have a major market share of the in metavars and gaming industries.

Players can purchase LAND with the platform's native token, MANA. In a way, Decentraland has its own economy where players can interact with each other in various ways and monetize their activities. However, unlike other similar virtual reality games like Second Life, Decentraland is fully controlled by a decentralized set of users.

It launched in 2017 with an initial coin offering (ICO) of $24 million. The platform beta was released in 2019 and became public in 2020. Over time, users create a wide variety of experiences about LAND installments.

NFTs have quickly grown to encompass a wide variety of digital assets from storage, sports clips and digital cards, to artwork, collections, gaming, and books. So invest in what you enjoy doing, because it can be daunting. I am looking forward to new releases from NFTBS which have digitalized books into NFTs. I really appreciate this because it adds a whole new value. Another area I am interested in is gaming. However this is a huge area that will probably not provide massive profit. However you can get quick and easy gains from up an coming games like Sidus Big Time, NetVrk, and WilderWorld. The highly profitable area in the same groups would be land. There is finite land in each Metaverse so it is hard and expensive to come by and will only increase in value if the games are successful.

As far as the NFT books are concerned I really like the concept and I think there is much more value in a literary work than in a JPG. Land in a popular Metaverse is simply a great investment. Not only will the price of your land increase in most Metaverses you can rent the land, and stake as well to earn massive passive income.

For Sidus the public beta was Jan 25, BigTime NFTs started releasing Late Dec, WilderWorld was back in August. The Secret Squid Society will launch on Open Sea March 01
