MekaVerse - a collection of 8,888 generative Mekas with hundreds of elements inspired by the Japan Mecha universes. These are my choices and I think they will have success.

I think the projects mentioned add value to the NFTS world. They are excellent projects to invest in and have plenty of potential to become pioneers at this time.

Property's is already released and aims to give a player, a creative control over Property's world. Mekaverse is also released and is an artwork for the meka metaverse. Players will be able to use them to play the metaverse.
