I think, many country now showed interest on Blockchain technology. In my country Indonesia, the government now want to adopt CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) named Digital Rupiah. Not like other Blockchain technology, CBDC focused on economy and Central Bank/banking services. I think in the next year, CBDC will be booming. Combined with DeFi, make CBDC got more usecase beside banking services.

I think the next big thing in blockchain use cases to come (the earliest) would be individual identity tokenization (which is being developed already by several NFT projects) and the interconnection of series of metaverses (which is by theory it is possible as it is running on the same chain). Imagine the movie Player One. 👀

Running our daily lives and world economies at the same time. I think credit scoring, reputation scores etc. will soon be shifted to blockchain so they cant be meddled with. I would also like to image that our entertainment (movies, TV) etc. starts to get stored in the form of 0s and 1s in the blockchain somehow and we are streaming "authentic" content off the blockchain rather than streaming through a media stream.

I believe it will soon be on Automotive Industry as we all know Elon Musk started to announce that Tesla cars could now be bought through BTC, we may expect that the real estate industry will follow to give more transparency with the prospect clients from sellers to avoid fraud transactions and with clean titles before handed over to its next owner plus on E-commerce as well as it already started with some sites offering rewards for consumers who have opted for their data to receive some marketing ads that suits them, blockchain might as well target the Movie industry in the near future either on subscriptions on online streams or movie rentals like what playstore have already started but still on fiat currency.
