What do you think about the Metaverse concept?

The Metaverse concept is a great step forward. It's going to allow us to augment everyday life in ways we can't imagine yet. For the time being it's just going to be found in just a few sites, until there is a chain which connects everything. From the social media prospective, it's going to hand over the power to craft NFT tokens to the major industry, taking the power from the users. It's a new way to monetize information. Rather than a platform like "Facebook" dictate who owns the NFTs via user agreements, my hope is that users will figure out how to mint their own. If whatever replaces Facebook owns your posts via an NFT, they now own it across all platforms. Since NFTs are legally binding. There will be a lot of growing pains in the world, until regulations begin to take shape. Ultimately, cross platform NFT, and cryptocurrency unification is the goal of these large tech companies. Governments of the world especially will enjoy the power they bring, since nothing can ever be deleted from the chain once it's added. No matter which chain you use, they will have a record of you using it.

How Metaverse could affect the crypto market?

The Metaverse is going to shake up the crypto market once it's established. It's going to make it harder for hiding currencies in the "off-shore" accounts that we hear so many talk about. Mostly though, the governments of the world will use it as a tool of repression, since again, everything added to the chain can never be deleted. They will use it to track citizens. This is going to dissuade many users away from the market that are not being honest.

Will crypto be a significant part of Metaverse? Why?

The Metaverse is always going to rely heavily on crypto. As they say you can't drive your car on air, you need gas. It's going to take tokens to create NFTs to be used within the metaverse. Facebook had already begun research into this when they established the libra tokens. Then they mothballed them because government concerns didn't back them, or offer guidance for regulation. It seems now they will be bringing something similar back. The timing strikes me as odd, as just a few months ago most exchanges and wallets gave users warning that if they didn't put the tokens into a private wallet they would be lost forever. To me that means they burnt a large supply of tokens. However, I very well could be wrong and we might see something new.

What interesting projects in the Metaverse area do you know? (besides Facebook)

I know of dapper labs, creator of NBA top shot. They have their fingers in some of the first start ups such as crypto kitties. Upland is another one of the games which allows for importing other wallets into the game, Polkadot has their own system in the works, and what I'm really paying attention to is the Polygon network. MATIC tokens are fairly cheap, and practically have no fees compared to other platforms, that will open the door for many other developers, whether they are single users, or a fully staffed team building games and applications. Pipeflare is currently in the works of finalizing their network. The sandbox network will most likely benefit the most from the metaverse taking off. Perhaps Roblox too. Soon we'll get a better understanding of where the roadmap is taking us. It can be hard to speculate, but I try to examine the big picture. Once all of these chains can be tied together it won't matter. That's the biggest hurdle for all the projects I've seen.

What do you think about the Metaverse concept?

Personally, 'The Metaverse' is something that I probably will not participate in, but from an investment potential point of view, I am very interested, as I believe that it is on the cusp of exploding. The concept seems strange to me, for example, buying real estate in a virtual world. Gaming is massive, but again, this holds no interest for me, apart from the investment angle. I believe that this arena can only get bigger

How Metaverse could affect the crypto market?

The Metaverse and crypto will inevitably work hand in hand, just look at ECOMI and its VEVE platform. Crypto usage as a consequence will become more ubiquitous and Metaverse related Crypto will rise in value tremendously.

Will crypto be a significant part of Metaverse? Why?

Crypto will be a significant part of the Metaverse in my opinion. Coincidentally, I watched a video today, which featured 3 different gaming companies which offered their products for free, yet each of those companies were worth over a billion dollars. Even though they were free to use, their clients used their tokens for the likes of avatar enhancements etcetera.

What interesting projects in the Metaverse area do you know? (besides Facebook)

Apart from Ecomi's VEVE project previously mentioned, Decentraland. Its community can buy virtual land and they have control over it. Decentraland's tokens (MANA) must be used to purchase land and the land becomes a unique asset.

What do you think about the Metaverse concept?

The Metaverse Concept is a digital reality combining social media, online gaming, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and cryptocurrencies to allow users to interact virtually. Virtual Reality enhances fictional realities. I believe, just like in "Ready, Player one", this will be the place where we congregate - to our own demise. With that said, it will be an enriching experience, full of super-powers and extreme imaginations.

How Metaverse could affect the crypto market?

The Crypto markets will explode & grow even more than it has to this point. New concepts of reality-meta crossovers we cannot imagine will come into creation.

Will crypto be a significant part of Metaverse? Why?

Crypto will definitely be a part of the Metaverse - for rewards, transactions, and verifications. There is no way they will be mutually exclusive.

Decentraland (MANA), a gaming platform that works with the use of non-fungible tokens and smart contracts. The Sandbox (SAND), a gaming platform built on Ethereum, it gives gamers and investors an offers to do both gaming and trading. Axie Infinity (AXS), an NFT gaming metaverse that deals with breeding virtual pets. Enjin Coin (ENJ), a blockchain-based online support community, supporting the development and trade of NFTs. Aavegotchi (GHST), also known as Metaverse Litepaper, is an Ethereum-based NFT gaming project.

Very complex and interesting. Fundamental and an important cornerstone for the digital future. My Opinion: The increase in value will crystallize within the next five years.

I think that is still difficult to determine at the moment, but development is progressing very quickly. The Metaverse will solve the question of whether the central platform economy will gain the upper hand or the decentralized alternative offers.

A definite yes, in my opinion. Copy protection or the imitation of existing tokens is not possible within the blockchain of a currency. Each block of a crypto is linked to the previous and the next. Safety comes first and can therefore be expanded upon.

For example the Decentraland NFT. In which you can acquire and trade digital properties via NFT. Thus, the concept of social tokens could also benefit from the metaverse. Where to find the tokenization of personal and social interaction. So different types of tokens, such as payment, utility or NFT.

I think Metaverse concept is digital. A reality, combining of social media, online gaming and of course cryptocurrency to users to act and interact in virtual in the world wide web

Since early 2021. I interested the UHIVE platform. Just like facebook, you can watch videos, upload pictures image videos drop comments. The more time you using the platform the more UHIVE token you earn. Hopefully it will be fully swing operation on the end of this year.

Lawnmower Man! Seriously, we've been thinking and talking about this for decades. It is here and happening. Crypto and blockchain create digital scarcity and in the seamingly limitless worlds of the metaverse, honest currency keeps us grounded. Cyberspace is here now, and it will continue to evolve, including immutable ledgers and proof-based reward pools for contributing to infrastructure, compute, and technological advancement. Positive growth will eb and flow from digital value creation in the metaverse. Some if this will benefit the crypto markets and creator value cycle will will become more secure and dynamic in both art and technology.

Decentralized, Cryptovoxels, Upland, Megacryptopolis. I have only played a little with Upland, and read about the VR environments. Waiting for Fortnite to go full crypto.

When I think about metaverse, I am talking about all things crypto, ecompassing the whole space. Virtual reality, eSports, play to earn, Defi and every other technology. It's going to be a game changer

The Crypto metaverse will sure propel cryptocurrencies and its usage to newer heights. I am anticipating more adoption, more countries making it legal tender, institutions and corporate bodies coming online as well
